Every foot is unique. However, there are similarities that allow us to classify them into three categories, depending on the shape of your arch.

Our patented 3Feet technology is based on this division, and aims to deliver an even more personalised comfort solution, thanks to a specific insole construction for each type of arch.

Our 3Feet insoles therefore come in three arch heights:

LOW' insoles for feet with a low arch, known as “flat feet”.
MID' insoles for feet with a medium arch, known as “standard feet”.
HIGH' insoles for feet with high arches, known as “hollow feet”.

Following this logic, our technical insoles for Sidas 3Feet® Eco Warm & Sidas 3Feet® Eco Winter ski boots are perfectly suited to ‘medium feet’.

Having an insole adapted to the arch of your foot provides even more stability and support, and therefore maximises body alignment!

Our Sidas 3Feet® Eco Warm & Sidas 3Feet® Eco Winter insoles are initially designed for gliding on snow, but they can also be inserted into your hiking boots, so that your feet regain the comfort they enjoy in your ski boots.
